The Bunk Beds were made in pitch pine reclaimed from large structural beams from a Victorian warehouse. The beds can easily be dismantled for removal, yet are kept secure in use by wedge dowels through the tusk tenons. The ladder to the top bunk is secured by steel hooks and thus can readily be removed.
